Overview
When lifting more than 2.5" up front, a differential drop is highly recommended. This lowers the front differential slightly, restoring your CV axle angle to the geometry that was designed by the factory. When lifting excessively, the CV axles are fixed at a permanent angle that can cause them to prematurely fail. This eliminates that issue.
