Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days (excluding items that are made to order). 

  • Shipping times vary based on the destination and carrier but typically range from 3-7 business days for standard shipping.

  • Some items ship directly from the manufacturer, which may affect delivery times.

 Shipping Rates

  • We offer calculated shipping rates at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available on select items or promotions—details will be noted on the product page.

 Carriers

  • We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the product and destination.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

International Shipping 

  • At this time, we only ship within the U.S. International shipping may be available at a later date.
